Wholesale Candles & Wax Melts

Lunar Fragrances is a rapidly expanding home fragrance business based in Devon. We currently stock over 50 fragrances, with more being added regularly, meaning we have a fragrance for everyone! 

So, why buy from us?

There are lots of companies selling wholesale candles and wax melts. So, why buy from us? What sets us apart? Well.. there are a few different things. 

Competitive pricing: We ensure our wholesale pricing is competitive, and that it leaves enough margin for retailers to make a profit themselves (which, let’s be honest, is the aim!).

Accessible to all: Whilst we have the ability to manage larger orders with ease (and can even offer price breaks for larger amounts), we also wanted to make our service accessible to all. Because of this, our minimum order value is only £100 (ex VAT) for our branded and white label products. If you require a private label product, we will work with you to keep our minimum order value as low as possible to suit your needs. 

Large range of scents and products: We currently have a library of over 50 different fragrances, with more being added regularly. Not only that, but we also have the ability to add fragrances if you have a specific idea for a scent and we don’t already stock it! 

We currently stock a 30cl frosted candle glass, and 180g silver tin as part of our Lunar branding, however not everything we offer at wholesale level is on show. We have a number of products that are available as part of our wholesale range uniquely, such as clear glass. We can also offer slight changes in our products, such as removing glitter from our wax melts. 

Hand-poured in the U.K & Enviromentally Friendly: All our products are hand-poured at our warehouse in Devon. We create each product in small batches to ensure the same quality in every product. We also use biodegradable glassine bags for our wax melts, which contain biodegradable glitter. Our candles are made from natural soy wax, which is a much healthier option than suppliers that use paraffin. All of our products are also vegan-friendly & cruelty-free. 

Rigorous testing: Whilst some candle brands will guess scent ratios, and what wick will suit a candle, we don’t. Each product undergoes weeks of rigorous testing to ensure it’s up to our required sample. It’s simple: if we wouldn’t put our name on it… we don’t. Big candle manufacturers use harmful paraffin wax that is over-scented and haphazardly mixed to keep costs low. That isn’t us. Our candles will smell the same all the way down to the bottom, and will have an even burn throughout as well, as we test multiple different wicks for each scent to make sure we are using the most suitable one. 

Customer service: And if that isn’t enough, there is our customer service. We realise that not everyone is going to be a candle expert, or running a multi-million pound business with loads of people to advise and help them. And that’s ok. That is where we come in. We will work with you throughout the whole process, explaining anything we need to, and keeping you informed of where we are at with an order during different parts of the journey. We can even offer different methods of communication, as we realise that not one size fits all. If you prefer email we can do that. Phone? Sure. WhatsApp? We can do that too. And you will always be directly in contact with one of our company directors, giving you a premium service than not many other companies can offer.
