Returns

For damaged or faulty products, we'll cover the return postage and provide a full refund or the option to exchange, depending on stock availability.

If you've changed your mind or are dissatisfied with the product, you'll be responsible for return postage, but we'll issue a full refund for the product. Please notify us within 30 days, preferably sooner, for a prompt resolution.

Here are the specifics:

Wax Melts: Minor cracking in wax melts, which doesn't hinder use or effectiveness, isn't considered damage. We won't provide a refund or replacement for minor cracking, or snapped bars as this is a part of their usage. Natural imperfections like minor cracks or frosting may be visible due to the use of natural wax. Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged products within 30 days, with the customer covering return postage.

Wax Burners: If the product is unsuitable, unwanted, or you've changed your mind, we accept returns with the customer covering return postage. Damaged or faulty items are eligible for a full refund, including postage.

To initiate a return, email info@lunarfragrances.com with your order number, contact details, reason for return, and photographic evidence of damage if applicable. We aim to resolve issues within 3 business days and prioritise customer satisfaction.

We cannot accept refunds or returns for minor surface cracks on wax melts, used items, opened and damaged items, or partially used items.
